Real Touch flowers can be described as artificial flowers made from latex, silicone, fabric, plastic and other polymers. Our artificial flowers look real and feel like fresh flowers.
Artificial flowers have been made industrially since more than 100 years. Artificial flowers used to be made from various fabrics. But, five years ago, Chinese producers began using advanced materials in the creation of new-generation artificial blooms, which are now known as Real Touch.
Real Touch flowers can be classified in a specific way. We’ll describe them further below.
Real Touch flowers are silk flowers with latex coating
This method creates flowers by cutting out petals from fabric. After that, these petals are put in buds and inflorescences manually, or the petals are covered with latex on one end. These flowers are most popular and include roses, peonies, and gerberas.
Real Touch flowers made from polyurethane
These flowers are made using specially-equipped press molds. The polymer is then dyed in these molds and put into the oven. This is how you can make anemones or gerberas or tulips, daisies, peonies and tulips.
Real Touch flowers are made of silicone or solid silica
The production process is identical to that for flowers made of polyurethane. This is because the material used is less durable and thinner than polyurethane. Silicone is used for the manufacture of hydrangeas and orchids as well as delphiniums, lilies (calla lilies), lilies, lilies, delphiniums, tulips, peonies, amaryllises, and tulips.
It is important that you note that every manufacturer has their own flower-producing recipe. The compositions of polymeric materials such as silicone, synthetic rubber, and polyurethane are all different. Each product engineer constantly experiments with the compositions to find better results.
It is for good reason that this classification, which is based upon the materials used in flower production, is chosen. For example, silicone roses are very unrealistic as it is impossible for petals to be replicated. However, Real Touch roses made from silk with latex coating are extremely easy to identify. Every flower type requires different materials.
